Meal Replacers
Diet powder, meal replacement (MRP) or protein shakes are useful as a snack before exercise or to replace lunch when you go on a diet. If you eat 5-6 small meals a day and / or after a low-carbohydrate diet / high-protein diet, it may not always be practically possible to prepare or eat low-fat meals and perfectly balanced between protein and complex carbohydrates.
