Budo & Fitness Sport Club Purchases

Budo & Fitness Sport and Budo-Nord Club Purchases is for those responsible for equipment or purchasing for a martial arts club/sports association and who want to buy in order to resell our products to your members or use them within the club.

Brands
We offer a wide range of well-known brands such as Budo-Nord, Adidas, BAC and Budo & Fitness Black Line.

Martial Arts Clubs
Club sales, a selected range at the reception desk, or updating equipment in the dojo. You can easily order through our webshop or shop directly over the counter in our stores.

The Account
Club accounts are linked to one or more purchasers appointed by the association’s board, and only that person/those persons can make club purchases. It is not possible to transfer use of the account to, for example, individual club members. If someone other than the stated purchaser(s) is to purchase on the club account, a written authorization is required and must be presented to the relevant salesperson during direct contact. It is your responsibility to keep the account information up to date. Always refer to your customer number in all communication (this also applies in our stores) and the email address currently connected to the account (login).

Club Login Online
Apply for your own club/company login with exclusive club prices – register a club account here and then contact us at info@budofitness.se to activate your price agreement (don’t forget to state which email address you used). After that, you can log in and place your club order quickly and easily. Don’t forget to add your billing address and delivery address in your account address book, which can then be loaded directly into Klarna or Adyen at checkout.

Discounts
Club pricing is not a general discount on all products, but varies depending on brand, product type, quantity and annual purchases. You cannot combine club pricing/discounts with other discounts or campaigns, nor with loyalty programs or affiliates such as “coupon and kickback sites”. Information about the discounts we offer is available by contacting us at info@budofitness.se.

Member Club Agreements
We can also arrange club agreements where members receive discounts on selected products in our stores by presenting your membership card or stating your customer number, alternatively using an exclusive discount code in our webshop. Such cooperation means that you place our logos on your website and link to us, refer your members to us, and also engage via social media with the tags below:

Member discounts (valid on regular prices) cannot be combined with other discounts, campaign prices, or external loyalty programs or affiliates.

Payment and Credit
We can offer several different payment methods at checkout:

Klarna – available payment methods are shown per country. Klarna is available in: Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Germany, Belgium, Portugal, Switzerland, Italy, France, Spain, Austria and the Netherlands.

Adyen – available payment methods are shown per country. Adyen is available globally for all countries.
