Terms
- 1. Delivery time
Normally, your order is sent within 1 to 4 working days (does not apply to embroidery orders). The time it takes for the order to reach the place of reception after it has left us is added - for most places in Sweden it means an additional 1 to 2 days. The delivery time for foreign orders is slightly longer than for domestic orders. The exact delivery time is determined by the size of the order, shipping method, etc.
Products that we embroider especially for you have a delivery time of 1-4 weeks.
Parts of our range are only available in the stores, which means they are "out of stock" at budofitness.se, but can be found in any of our Budo & Fitness Stores. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service or our stores if you have any questions!
We do not apply back orders. If one or more of your ordered products is out of stock, we will inform you of this and send the remaining parts of your order. We reserve the right for possible final sales at our suppliers and deviations in our stock balance.
- 2. Payment options
We offer payment via Klarna or Adyen. There are a number of different payment options available for both, depending on where you are located.
Special conditions for invoice customers
The payment in its entirety must reach us no later than the last day specified in the invoice's payment terms. If the payment does not reach us by this date, we will charge the customer a reminder fee of SEK 60. For overdue invoices, we also charge the customer a late payment interest of 1% per month started, but at least SEK 160 including the reminder fee.
All products referred to in the invoice belong to Budo & Fitness Sport AB until full payment of all outstanding amounts has been made.
- 3. Shipping options & prices
We offer the following shipping methods:
Domestic shipping
- Schenker, collect shipment at service point. Cost: SEK 89. For order weights up to 20 kg. If your order exceeds the limit of 1 package, the additional fee is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive a notification via SMS and e-mail, informing you that the shipment can be collected from one of Schenker's service points. If you do not collect your shipment, you will be charged a fee of SEK 300.
- Schenker Parcel (for businesses only). Can only be used for delivery to a business. Schenker expects that someone will be on site during office hours to receive the order, therefore it is not announced. For order weights up to 30 kg. If your order exceeds the limit of 1 package, the surcharge is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. The name of the company, the name of the recipient, the company's address and telephone number must be stated. If you do not receive the delivery at the time of delivery, you will be charged a fee of SEK 300.
- Schenker home delivery daytime (office hours) or evenings. The price is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Only for order weights between 20 kg and 999 kg. You will be notified by Schenker and then receive the delivery to the gate or the plot boundary. Note that you approve the delivery on site with the recipient's signature, so you are required to be at home. Charges due to the customer's delay will be charged afterwards.
- 4. Return polic
- Domestic policy - Only applicable to customers within Sweden, please see below for international customers
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. Read more about your right of withdrawal as a consumer here. If you want to return products, you order a return slip (cost: SEK 139) from info@budofitness.se - always state your order number. The return slip is sent via email, after which you print it out and attach it to the package. Then submit the return to a Schenker service point.
Unfortunately, products purchased in the webshop cannot be returned in our stores at the moment.
ATTENTION! It is not possible for us to collect shipments from service points when you arrange shipping yourself (ie shipments that do not use our return slip). You are responsible to ensure that such shipments are delivered directly to our main warehouse, not to a service point.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns or size changes. The cost of a return slip is SEK 139, which is deducted when refunding your order. Reimbursement takes place as soon as possible after we have received the package and approved the return.
If you return your entire order, we will refund you the original shipping cost. If you only return part of your order, we will not refund you the original shipping cost.
Example - you return your entire order: You have placed an order for a product for SEK 1,000 and SEK 89 in shipping costs, a total of SEK 1,089. Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded the total cost including the original shipping (SEK 89), minus the cost of the return slip (SEK 139), a total of SEK 950. You will therefore be charged a total of SEK 139.
Example - you return parts of your order: You have placed an order for two products for SEK 500 each, a total of SEK 1,000, and SEK 89 in shipping costs, a total of SEK 1,089. You choose to return one product and keep the other. When your return has been processed, you will be refunded the total cost of the item you are returning (500 SEK), minus the cost of the return slip (139 SEK), a total of 361 SEK. You will therefore be charged a total of SEK 139.
Size changes are handled as separate orders. If you want to change the size of one or more products, simply place a new order for the products you want to exchange, and return the others as described above.
Conditions for approved return:
- The item must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. It must not be washed, used or show signs of handling (such as stains, smell of perfumes, dog and cat hair, etc).
- The product must be packaged in an appropriate manner, e.g. by using the original packaging or packaging of equivalent quality and type.
- Goods that we have embroidered, or have ordered home especially for you, cannot be returned.
- International policy
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. If you want to return one or more products from your order, you will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself. Shipments sent to us must be delivered directly to our warehouse, and not to service points where they are required to be collected. Your order number must be clearly stated on/in your shipment - preferably on the outside of the package. The address to our main warehouse is:

Always send your return shipments with a traceable shipping option - notify us by sending an e-mail to info@budo-fitness.com, containing your ordern umber and a link to your tracking data.
After we receive your shipment, it is generally processed within 2-5 business days. If it is approved, you will be refunded through your selected payment method (i.e. the same as your order). If you return your entire order, we will refund you the original shipping cost. If you only return part of your order, we will not refund you the original shipping cost.
