Payment methods, prices and VAT

Prices

All prices are in Swedish kronor, including VAT (6% on books/magazines, 12% on supplements/food, 25% on other items).
We reserve the right to change prices due to circumstances beyond our control, for example changes in VAT, major fluctuations in exchange rates or purchase prices.

The prices stated here apply in our webshop. Local deviations may occur in our physical stores.

Payment

Online:
We can offer several different payment methods at checkout:
- Invoice with credit, choose Kustom and Pay later (for both private individuals and companies/organizations).
- Installment payment, choose Kustom installment payment.
- Card payment, choose Kustom Pay now.
- Bank transfer, choose Kustom Pay now.
- Adyen (several different payment methods, e.g. Trusly, Walley, etc.)

Kustom invoice (private individual): When you choose to pay by invoice as a private individual, a credit check will be carried out using your personal identity number. A comparison between the personal identity number and the registered address is also made to ensure that the person is really who they claim to be. This also means that it is not possible to change the delivery address to any address other than the registered address unless you have several approved delivery addresses with Kustom. We assign invoices to Kustom.

In store:
Card payment is available in all of our stores.

We offer Klarna Instore in our physical stores.
- At checkout.
It is easy to pay with Klarna in store. You only need your phone. Tell the cashier that you want to pay with Klarna and provide your mobile number. You will then receive an SMS. Click the link in the SMS.
- Payment.
Choose whether you want to pay later or split your payment without having to wait with your purchase or apply for credit. Just ask for Klarna at checkout.
- Thank you for your purchase.
A confirmation will be sent to you. You can also view and manage the purchase in the Klarna app.

We offer Swish payments.

With Swish Commerce in the Cash IT Retail checkout system, we can offer Swish as a mobile payment method in our physical stores. All you need to pay is your mobile phone, the Swish app and Mobile BankID. With Swish, the payment is transferred from your account to the store’s account instantly.

Age limit for online shopping

To protect minors from financial difficulties, our policy is an age limit of 18 years for purchases in our webshop.

Anyone under the age of 18 who wishes to shop with us may get an account if we receive approval from a legal guardian.
