Welcome to our store at Första Långgatan 30 (Masthuggstorget).

In the Budo & Fitness store in Gothenburg you will find Budo & martial arts, dietary supplements, training equipment & clothing. On our lower floor you will find an exercise exhibition, where we always offer an attractive selection of cross trainers, exercise bikes, spinning bikes, treadmills and rowing machines. We always offer two different models for different purposes and price ranges. Do you have questions about a specific product? Call or email us, as we often work one person in the store, they can sometimes be difficult to reach by phone, please email and we will answer you as soon as we can.

Dear customers!
On the fifth of May we will be closed for inventory but do not despair because on the sixth we will be open as usual again!

There are hand sanitizer stations in the entrance and at the checkout.

We are located at Första Långgatan 30, the entrance is on the square side, just to the right of the Indian restaurant. Just outside you will find several parking spaces.
The nearest station is across the street, "Masthuggstorget". Trams 3,9 & 11 pass here.

Lars Sjögren

Store Manager

Lars started training martial arts in the mid-80s after doing some wrestling and boxing as a child. He has trained Pentjak Silat for a few years but the majority of his 35 years of martial arts experience has been in Wing Chun Kung Fu and Muay Thai. Professionally, Lars started with service and sales jobs in various stores but later switched to logistics with warehouse work/truck driving first and then to warehouse manager, but is now back in the service industry where he enjoys the physical contact with the customer.
