Budo-Nord Karate Uniform Kata Premium Regular WKF Approved
The WKF Kata is an immaculate kata-uniform with a generous cut, long jacket and wide trousers, all in accordance with the WKF rules for karate uniforms intended for kata competitions. Made from a premium quality brushed cotton canvas. This is a fabric which is not only durable, it will also become increasingly comfortable with every wash.
Features double seams, extra ventilation zones and reinfocements which all add up to one of the best karate uniforms on the market. This gi is the uniform of choice for the Swedish, Norwegian and Danish national teams.
This is our latest model, with a somewhat shorter jacket than the earlier versions of the kata-gi. We have also upgraded the drawstring in the waistline of the trousers to a sturdy elastic rib. The uniform is easy to get in and out of even after sweaty workouts.
We have also removed the embroidery from the chest and neck which were present in earlier versions. This allows for a gi that also works well in traditional competitions. WKF-approved with a WKF label in a traditional placement.
The the length of the jacket and trousers may shrink 3-5% when washed in 60 degrees Celcius for the first time. This is something that you need to consider when choosing between sizes.

Size guide, based on the measurements of the gi:
When choosing the right size, the most accurate determining factor is your height. If you are 180 cm tall, choose size 180. If you are in between sizes, choose the closest size: for example, height 173 cm = size 170, height 177 cm = size 180. All measurements are displayed in centimeters. Kata shrinks ca. 3-5 % (the length of the pants and jacket) when washed in 60 degrees.
