Budo-Nord Fight Gear Floor-Ceiling Ball is a perfect tool to train coordination and reaction.

The ball includes two strong rubber ropes to attach to the floor and ceiling.

Metal hooks for attachment are not included.

The ball is made of strong PU and has a diameter of 18cm and the rubber ropes are 50 and 70cm long.

Instead of attaching the ball to the floor with a hook, you can, for example, attach the rubber rope to a weight of some kind.
