The Abilica Mill 30 comes with a 2.0 HP DC motor. The treadmill has a speed from 0.8 to 19 km/h and the treadmill measures 50 x 150 cm.

The treadmill has a total of 12 preset programs, 3 pulse programs and 3 programs that you can set yourself. The treadmill has electronic height adjustment in 12 levels, which gives you the challenges you desire. It has practical wheels to adjust speed and tilt.

With this wheel you can choose whether you want to adjust the speed 0.1 or 1.0 km per adjustment. This is perfect when you want a quick increase in speed during intervals, or when you want to push yourself a little extra on long rides.

It also has quick dials for speed and incline. Abilica Mill 30 has speakers and connectivity options for playing music. A modern LED screen that shows time, speed, distance, calorie consumption and heart rate makes it easy to follow your progress in training.

Abilica Mill 30 can be connected to several training apps. With the Zwift app, you can run in the virtual world, and you can either take a leisurely walk alone or join the community and jog with others. Zwift also lets you keep track of your training programs.

In the iConsole+ Training app you can easily create your own interval sessions and training routes in "map my route" and in the payment app Kinomap you can train to inspiring videos from exciting training routes from around the world. The treadmill is foldable and has wheels for easy movement.
