HANGING PUNCHING BAGS
A punching bag is a balanced hard cloth or leather bag designed to train blows and / or kicks. Punching bags have been used as far as history goes in martial arts. Modern boxing and MMA training often uses punching bags in their training. In disciplines such as Karate, Taekwondo and Muay Thai, a standing and heavier sack is often used. The more common variant of punching bag hangs from the ceiling in a robust position.
