The Swedish Judo Federation (SJF) is a member-driven organization consisting of about 20,000 members organized in approximately 160 clubs. The Swedish Judo Federation works to promote the development of judo in Sweden and aims to support the activities of its member clubs as well as national and international initiatives. SJF strives for a gender-equal judo environment where everyone who wishes can participate. The federation runs activities for all ages, from children to veterans, with the majority of members being between 7 and 12 years old. Both the Swedish national team and the para national team in judo are successful internationally and have won several medals at international championships and on the world tour.
