Status of Embroidery Orders
This is an embroidered product made especially for you
After your order has been placed, it will be scheduled for embroidery as soon as possible. Embroidery orders are placed in a queue and produced in the order they are received. You can view the scheduled production date for your order as soon as it is available when you are logged into your account, under My Orders. Please note that products made specifically upon your request cannot be returned.
The current waiting time for embroideries is approximately: 1 weeks.

Remember, you must always select a corresponding embroidery product for the text you enter – if you enter a name for a two-line name embroidery, you must also select a product such as "2-line belt embroidery: R1 Helvetica R2 Helvetica". If you do not want embroidery on either belt end, or do not want a specific option, choose "belt embroidery – no selection" from the dropdown list.

A short guide
You choose embroidery for each end of the belt – first for the end with the label, then the end without. If you do not want embroidery on either belt end, or do not want a specific option, choose "belt embroidery – no selection" from the dropdown list.
When entering a name or text for two-line embroidery, write for example:

R1 refers to the top line of text, and R2 to the bottom line.
For each text or name you enter, you must also choose a corresponding embroidery product, such as:

Text for the end with the label: R1 Stig R2 Olsson

Embroidery product for the end with the label: 2-line belt embroidery: R1 Helvetica R2 Helvetica
If you choose name embroidery in Japanese (note: katakana only) or Korean, we will translate it for you. If you already have a translation in katakana or hangul, you may paste it directly into the field for the relevant belt end. For Japanese, we cannot embroider freely composed characters (e.g. hiragana or kanji) entered manually – only katakana is supported.
Please note that we do not offer two-line embroidery in either Korean or Japanese.
