The JKA Empi is crafted from a mixed material fabric with a high level of cotton texture. This uniform is comfortable and easy to wash and keep fresh.
The Budo-Nord Empi was originally intended as a karate gi for beginners, but since it is very light weight and comfortable to wear it quickly became a popular uniform amongst all kinds of practitioners.
The very affordable price makes this uniform perfect for kids, but it is also very appreciated amongst adults.
The Budo-Nord Empi features our standard cut (standard gi) and the approximate fit is visible in the featured sketch.
There is hardly any need to consider any possible shrinkage when choosing between sizes. We do recommend that you wash the uniform in 60 degrees celcius, and when washed at this temperature for the first time the length of the trousers and jacket may shrink 1-2 %, while the sleeves hardly shrink at all.
The uniform comes complete with jacket, pants and a white belt. The pants feature a drawstring and an elastic rib at the waist. Made from a cotton and polyester blend.
