Domestic policy – for customers in Sweden

International policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
For returns, you must arrange and pay for shipping yourself.
Shipments must be delivered directly to our warehouse by courier (not to service points).

Always send returns with traceable shipping and notify us by e-mail (info@budo-fitness.com) with your order number and tracking link.

Processing time: 2–5 business days after receiving your return.
Refunds are made via your original payment method.

• Entire order returned: original shipping refunded.

• Partial return: original shipping not refunded.

For non-EU countries:
We do not refund customs fees or local charges, as these are specific to you and your local authorities. We also do not accept any such costs associated with the return shipment.

Conditions for approved return

• Item must be in new condition and original packaging.

• Item must not be washed, used, or show signs of handling.

• Must be properly packaged.

• Embroidered or specially ordered goods cannot be returned.
