Vitamin K2 is found in small amounts in eggs, milk products & meat. It contributes to normal blood coagulation. Vitamin D3 contributes to a normal immune system. Both vitamin K2 & vitamin D3 contributes to normal bone structure.
Recommended use: take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
