Dental protection

Standard mouthguard that can be molded in boiling water.

1. Place the mouthguard in boiling water for 8–10 seconds.

2. After 8–10 seconds, remove the mouthguard from the water and shake off the excess water. Place the mouthguard in your mouth against your upper teeth.

3. Hold the mouthguard in place with your thumb and suck hard so that the mouthguard fits tightly around all your teeth.

4. Bite gently (be careful not to bite through the mouthguard). Pinch your lips together and press on the outside of your upper lip so that the mouthguard molds itself around the outside of your teeth.

The mouthguard can be heated several times if you fail to fit it correctly. The mouthguard should fit so that it stays in place when you open your mouth.

OBS!

- Do not place the mouthguard in boiling water for longer than 10 seconds.

- Usually, the mouthguard fits without having to cut off any parts, but if it is necessary to cut off pieces, use a sharp knife.

- The ends can be rounded off by holding the adjusted part of the mouthguard over a flame for a few seconds, then shaping it with damp fingers.
