If you are ready to challenge every muscle in your body, then this is the right workout for you. The wallball exercise is a functional movement for the whole body that you can use in any strength or cardiovascular workout.

This explosive training is common in crosstraining but has also become common in most fitness facilities. All you need is a good Wall Ball and an empty wall surface. A wall ball differs from a medicine ball, which is smaller, harder and not intended to be thrown against a wall.

It also differs from a mud ball, which is heavier, usually made of rubber and designed to be thrown into the ground. Choosing the right type of ball not only makes your training more effective, you also avoid injuries. Choose the ball with the right weight depending on what exercise you run and in what shape you are.

The ball should be heavy enough to make the exercise challenging, but light enough for you to perform the exercises correctly. In other words, start light and move on to a heavier ball once you master the movement. Beginners may want to start with a lighter weight of 3 or 4 kg, while advanced fitness levels may want to try 5 kg pounds or higher.
